French croissants and bread
Vaniye is an authentic French patisserie and French bakery in the heat of Auckland. We have been awarded Best French Bakery/Patisserie in New Zealand by the French Camber of Commerce.
Our croissants, pains au chocolat, almond croissants and baguettes are freshly baked. We use local ingredients, especially New Zealand butter to layered our croissants. Our croissants and baguettes can also be frozen for future consumption with losing their flavour and consistency. To reheat, take out of the freezer and straight into a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 6-8 minutes. We use this method ourselves for our family breakfast, when our boutique is closed!Allergen abbreviations:
