French pastries and bread
Vaniye has been awarded Best French Bakery/Patisserie in New Zealand by the French Chamber of Commerce.
Our pastries and baguettes are freshly baked. We use local ingredients. Our croissants and baguettes can also be frozen for future consumption without losing their flavour and consistency. To reheat, take out of the freezer and straight into a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 6-8 minutes. We use this method ourselves for our family breakfast, when our boutique is closed!
