Order cut-off time
We require 2 days notice for all cake orders. Place your order before 12 am, and it will be ready for delivery or pick-up the day after tomorrow. (e.g. For collection on Friday, orders need to be placed by 11:59pm on Wednesday). Orders placed on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
Store Pickup
Tuesday to Saturday 8am-3pm.
Parnell shop: 1/7 Windsor Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052.
Onehunga shop: 2/15 Fleming Street, Onehunga, Auckland 1052.
Free of charge.
Auckland Local Delivery
Tuesday to Friday 9am-3pm.
There is no delivery service on Saturdays.
$13 to $42 delivery fees.
Ensure that someone is available on-site to receive the cake. Additional charges will apply if there is no one present to receive the product, as the courier driver cannot wait and will need to return the item to our shop.
Contact mobile number
Please provide a New Zealand mobile phone number so our team or the delivery company can reach you if needed. If the cake is to be delivered to someone else and not yourself, kindly provide the recipient's phone number.
Delivery cost
Fees will be calculated after your address has been entered at checkout. Due to the delicate nature of our products and high food safety standards, delivery must be fast to maintain its quality and chilled temperature. The cost is a direct reflection of this service, and prices will vary depending on your address zone.
Problem getting through to check-out
If the delivery option does not appear, it is either because:
- You have selected a Saturday,
- Your address is outside the delivery zone, or
- The address is typed incorrectly.
Caring for your cakes during transport and storage
During transport, please keep the cake away from direct heat or sunlight. For car journeys longer than 40 minutes, we highly recommend using a chiller box. Since our cakes are fresh and mousse-based, refrigeration is essential if you're not consuming them immediately.
