Dessert cooking classes in Auckland
IMPORTANT: Chef Sonia is expecting another little member to join our Vaniye family later this year! However she has been and is continuing to experience severe nausea in her pregnancy that is not showing any signs of settling down. Due to this, she's had to make the decision to prioritise her health and put the Masterclasses on hold for 2021.
Chef Sonia’s Masterclasses are for those who look to perfect their skills and techniques to create modern desserts. You will learn how to master the use of utensils and baking equipment to achieve beautiful results like pros. With maximum 12 people in each class, the experience is more fun and interactive. You can choose from 2 ½ hours Demonstration cooking classes or 3 hours Hands-on cooking classes.
Sonia was trained in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and has created exquisite desserts for several Michelin starred establishments before returning home to New Zealand to share her passion for the art of fine French Patisseries.
Demonstration cooking classes
Monday sessions 6pm-8:30pm at Delonghi Kenwood Showroom Auckland, 99 Khyberpass.
2 ½ hours Demonstration session with some light hands-on aspects, $150 per person.
Hands-on cooking classes
Saturday sessions 11am-2pm at Miele Experience Centre Auckland, 8 College Hill Road.
3 hours hands-on session, $195 per person.
Please note that baking classes won’t proceed with less than 5 students. We will inform you 2 days prior to the class and issue a full refund or transfer you to another baking class.
