Join Chef Sonia's hands-on baking and dessert classes at L'Atelier Vaniye. These classes cater to individuals with a passion for baking, ranging from beginners to more experienced bakers. The focus will be on developing a deep understanding of pastry ingredients and techniques, empowering you to achieve beautiful results with confidence. This knowledge will enable you to explore, experiment, and create your own recipes. With a maximum of 10 people in each class, the experience is designed to be personal, enjoyable, and interactive.
Sonia was trained in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and has created exquisite desserts for several Michelin starred establishments before returning home to New Zealand to share her passion for the art of fine French Patisseries.
Class venue and duration
Classes are held at L’Atelier Vaniye, our new dedicated kitchen and Head Quarters at 1/42 Selwyn Street, Onehunga, Auckland (2 minutes from Onehunga motorway exit).
The sessions are 2.5 – 3 hours long. Please note that baking classes will not proceed with less than 5 students. We will inform you 2 days prior to the class and issue a full refund or transfer you to another baking class.
