In this class, you will learn how to create an elegant French style chocolate praline multilayered cake. The focus will be how to create a nice light sponge without the use of baking powder, understanding chocolate and how to make a perfect mousse, and some piping techniques to create the final touch that will wow your family and friends.

Date and time: Saturday 17th Feb, 10am to 1pm/1:30pm

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
