The focus of this class is to perfectionize the techniques to create a beautiful and perfectly even multi-layered cake with several different compositions.  This cake consists of chocolatel sponge layers, chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse and an additional thin crunchy praline layer that will just make it even more spectacular.

Date and time: Saturday 27 July, 1pm to 4pm/4:30pm

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
