PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CLASSES


To ensure your baking class is booked for the correct date, please place class bookings separately from other product orders. If you’d like to purchase cakes or other items, kindly place a separate order.

In this class, you will learn the techniques to create nice smooth French macarons using the Italian meringue method.  You will discover how to create different variations of fillings.  Another focus of this class is to get you to become comfortable and master the art of using piping bags and nozzle, a very important technique for any pastry chefs or ameteurs at home!  Chef Sonia will also go over all the things that can go wrong with macarons and all the tips and tricks to succeed.

Date and time: Saturday 30th May, 1pm to 4pm/4:30pm

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
