Pains au Chocolat


Butter is the distinctive flavor of a good croissant.  We use French Valrhona, and premium New Zealand butter, skillfully rolled into layers to produce light flaky dough with full flavor and just the right amount of texture for that soft perfect chew.

Please note that pains au chocolat are not available for for pick-up or delivery on Monday as the shop is closed and we cannot make a small batch of pains au chocolat for a single order. If you need pains au chocolat on Monday, you can buy them fresh the week before, freeze them the same day, an reheat them on Monday (See details below)

Allergens: Nut free recipe (please note our production facility has tree nuts). Contains gluten and dairy products.

Storage: Eat fresh on the day or freeze for future consumption.  To reheat, take out of the freezer and straight into a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 6-8 minutes

Delivery: Auckland only at this stage, using a 1hr courier service.
