To ensure your baking class is booked for the correct date, please place class bookings separately from other product orders. If you’d like to purchase cakes or other items, kindly place a separate order.

The emphasis in this class is how to create a simple yet elegant large cake that is easy to do.  The cake consists of a chocolate hazelnut sponge, thin crunchy waver, light coffee mousse and decorative meringues. You will also be taught the technique how to make a shiny glaze that is freezer stable.  

Date and time: Saturday 16th March, 10am to 1pm/1:30pm

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours

Allergens: Gluten-free recipe. Please note our venue has traces of wheat, dairy, and tree nuts.
