To ensure your baking class is booked for the correct date, please place class bookings separately from other product orders. If you’d like to purchase cakes or other items, kindly place a separate order.

  • Understand the nature of chocolates and how they behave.
  • Master the emulsification technique to create silky smooth ganache, perfect for tarts, truffles and cake layers.
  • Learn the basic of chocolate tempering and make your own chocolate tart with decorative chocolate pieces.

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
