To ensure your baking class is booked for the correct date, please place class bookings separately from other product orders. If you’d like to purchase cakes or other items, kindly place a separate order.
- Learn to create French Sables dough with stand mixers and by hands.
- Create classic French lemon curd and learn how to adapt it to other fruits.
- Explore the differences between French and Italian meringue, learn when to use each, and refine your piping techniques in the process.
