PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CLASSES


To ensure your baking class is booked for the correct date, please place class bookings separately from other product orders. If you’d like to purchase cakes or other items, kindly place a separate order.

This class is all about choux pastry.  You will learn how to create a large choux which you can fill with anything you like.  Chef Sonia will go over how to create different style fillings and how to finish and decorate your chou in a sophisticated way that it could pass off as a restaurant dessert!   She will also demonstrate how a Croquembouch can be made with the small little choux.  Once you master the choux pastry, there is an endless variations of fillings that you can do!

Date and time: Saturday 16th May, 1pm to 4pm/4:30pm

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
